Bio:
The daughter of a policeman & a school teacher, she was always respectful towards whoever she met. Very ambitious & wanting to be an actress since she was very young Akira pursued her dreams leading her to apply for theater schools across Tokyo. When quirks had manifested she was very confused about some of her classmates & herself suddenly being able to do the impossible. Deciding to hide her quirk due to not knowing how to handle it, she kept herself bottled up until one fateful night.
While out spending time with her father they met a grizzly looking robber & got held at gunpoint. Without having his police gear on him the robber had cornered the both of them but unknowingly Akira had used her quirk to cast out an arrow like ray of light towards the robber paralyzing them which helped her father grab the gun out of their hand & call the police before Akira’s drawback kicked in and her arms both went numb.
Not telling her father what had happened she decided to become a vigilante secretly when she realized she could help people with her new found ability. When her father had learned that she was the one to save them that night he had her take the test & enrolled her in UA High. She has been placed in class 1-B and she’s hoping she’ll be able to become a pro one day.

Description:
This Quirk allows Akira to create a paralyzing arrow of light that she fires towards villains in order to stop them so the authorities can stop them easily without civilians being harmed. This is what she calls the Position Zero.

If Akira overuses her ability her arms go completely numb & she won’t be able to use them for an hour.
